    Organic HRSW wanted

This is a cut and paste from an email today.

We have a Japanese customer looking for several thousand bushels of organic HRSW for January to February shipment. Protein would need to be 13%.

Would you by chance have any available? If so, can you shoot me a price that will work for you and then we will see what the customer thinks? We forward contracted several thousand bushels for fall delivery at $18 to $20 picked up on the farm – if that helps.

Kindest regards and best wishes for a safe and timely harvest.

Agreed. I chose not to grow HRSW wheat.
      Marketing FAIL!

My opinion is they will take conventional and sell as organic. If the seller gets in a bind yes we know. Dumb **** sold ahead with no backing. How do you sell 13, 5 hrs organic. Ahead of time. Retard.

I have known them since 2007 and talk with them quarterly, but, come to think of it, i have never sold them any grain. This is a perfect situation for accounts recievable insurance.
You can do your own dilligence, just like real world business.

On organic a buyer should bid and Inspect. **** the crop is in field yet.
