Well mbdog, I am just plain stupid I guess. I see no
plan, no vision, no innovation and no leadership.
Deficit for Federal initiatives downloading the cost
to Provinces. And onto your credit card. Middle
class , the driver of a consumptive economy
ignored, while bragging lowest corporate tax rate in
G-7, which has done nothing but caused takeovers
and bleed outs to foreign interests and investors
(CP Rail a good example) and leaving nothing
behind. All about looking good in 2015, no interest
in good Governance and responsibility. BTW, my
Con plant, I don't advocate for higher taxes, there's
enough money on the table already, just needs to
be invested wisely. Oh and did I mention the shit
kicking our armed forces took? Rumour has it that
next year the Snowbirds will be displaying the most
awesome kite show ever seen across the country.

15444- since the first time I earned my franchise to
vote, I may not vote at all. It might be a non vote
protest. Before Justin gets my nod, he has a lot to
prove. Nice hair just doesn't quite cut it!

rockpile....which in turn is downloaded on the municipalities, which in turn is downloaded, to a large part, on agriculture industry and the producers of this country.

Do you make a connection between this and the lack of producers or interest in becoming a producer, or the declining tax base in a lot of western Canada. Do you make a connection at all with where and what the 4.1 million dollars in freight charges that was taken from our area was spent on or supporting?...how much went to entitlements????? No new/rolling back entitlements is good news for business.
This was a good budget as presented, and good for ag investment

                  Ok.....

-smokers getting hit again on duty, they should start
taxing sugar so those people can help pay their own
medical expences like the rest of the vices do.

-experiment going on at north portal, new type of
                  entry system,sounds like amalgamated
crossing, seems like they are working hard to make
the boader easier and faster everywhere

-transporing of booze across provincial lines, helps
                  saskatchewan out

-if your a cattle guy theres a new tax defferall plan if
you have to liquidate your herd and buy back
                  breeding stock

                  -bitcoin,they dont like it

-adopted kid tax credit raise, only mention it for was
                  it Jag?

                  -800,000capital gains thing raise

-oil and the transport problems, now canadas number
one export, producers prepare for lower prices, they
may as well be telling farmers to prepare for lower
prices as well as we disconnect from international
                  prices,man does this ****ing suck.

-our forex reserves seem much, much lower than i
                  rember them being

-looks like we only need 100 billionish for short term
bond roll overs this year, thankfully our debt is in
                  demand

-total debt 650 billion, under his watch 130 billion?

-if i could ask him one question it would be,how can
you be so optamistic about the american recovery?
They have spent OODDLES of money for a couple
point gain in gdp, this suggests a complete stall.

-second question, when calculating gdp why do you
                  not subtract inflation?

-He shouldnt piss on people and tell them its raining
with our taxes are low b.s

-all in all i dont blame him for anything, even the
second most powerfull man in canada is at the mercy
of so many variables out of his control

-his interview with mans bridge freaked me a
little, had a look saying folks western world has got
some problems that cant fixed, maybe that is just me
                  reading to much into it.

-when you consider ontarios budget is around 100
billion and the federal is 250,alot of skeletons lay in
the provencials like some have mentioned.

Cotten...I noticed the 10 million dollars for North Portal crossing too.

But not a mention of Northgate border crossing in the whole document; and that would involve the equivalent of a new seperate 24 hour port for trains.
I wouldn't be suprised if there's a customs/security/immigration/bonded port/broker/ work visa issue that hasn't yet been settled on both sides of the 49th parallel

Why increase funding for CFIA all the
while reducing CGC and increasing costs
                      to producers?

Looks like the us got their debt ceiling raised.

Government spending and resulting gdp increase's is
                        a pretty interesting thing.

It use to be 1;1,then4:1,now i've heard its 16:1.

                        There is no plan b.

This experiment the academics are trying will not end
                        well.

                          yes smoking is terrible.
and i am sure not too many care.
esp. if your a non smoker
but i am sick of hearing the BS
that it is to pay for extra health care costs.

                          sask total health budget expense
                          4500$ per person.
                          average smoker taxes before budget
                          1900$ 2100 after.
smoker lives 20 years less.on average
what are the medical costs in the non smoker 70-90 year olds .
plus all the pensions paid out.

hip replacements, heart ,cancer in the end anyway.

it is a tax grab on an addiction.
                          stop pretending anything else

                            The big view is this:

The deficit has been in a steady decline. low and
steady wins the race. next, I would like to see
Canada abort its' debt. Entirely. Pars

Just back from Sochi and read this thread. Interesting to hear people talking about me - good or bad. I went to Sochi on my own dime. This was a personal trip - not Monsanto related work. Monsanto didn't pay for any portion of the trip and I was not paid to write the blog. Yes, Monsanto is a sponsor of Team Jennifer Jones and has been since 2007. And yes, I am Monsanto's corporate spokesperson. But I went on this trip as a friend of the team and the family. I wrote the blog to share with Monsanto employees who wanted to hear about my experience. And Monsanto has a blog so I asked them if this would be a way to share my personal story. For those who read my blogs and shared with others, thank you. For those of you who enjoyed it great. I appreciated the feedback. It was a trip of a lifetime and I am very proud of the team and so thankful that I made the decision to go. And if it somehow showed that Monsanto people are human and actually "okay" people, then that's a bonus. I am probably a tad biased, but I think I am actually a pretty good person. I certainly don't see how me writing a personal blog about the 2014 Winter Olympic Games helps Monsanto sell products.
