Stuff is looking pretty good (to my eastern-trained eye)! I hope the weather stays cooperative to the finish line. We need a few good crops somewhere around the globe!

Unity looks good until you get a little bit of rain and wind. It will look similar to that wheat just west of St.Gregor on Hwy 5.

          Klause,

Hope you get the season to finish these nice looking crops off!

          Cheers!

Nice, like the wheat head 18 spikelets.

                They're not THAT late? :P

They're about the same as everyone else's last
seeded stuff. Seeded last week of May, Barley was
                first week of June.

Those pics are roughly a week old... actually, 10
                days now.

Looks fine. I am sure it's all fully headed like ours by now.
Unless a difference in density, we have 14-16 spikelets, quite thick, Goodeve seeded at 105Lbs/ acre. What was your rate?
                  Any lodging?

This would be a great time to fill the bins with
yield and quality. After what the province
experienced with the flooding the last couple of
years. Fingers crossed for a big finale- getting
                    close to Aug 1.
