    Anybody pricing?

I've started contracting small % of new
crop. Decent prices vs 10 year average
and excellent prices vs 10 year lows.

Hopefully I'm kicking my ass for these
sales but if prices go south I have my
    cashflow covered until year end.

    Anybody else?

Just curious why you would kick yourself
for a new crop pricing? Based on the
best information we have today, I would
suggest a good decision from risk
      management perspective. You could be
giving up some upside potential but you
      are protected against lower prices.
Sounds like profitable prices that meet
your cash flow needs in a market that is
at the upper end of historical prices.

My two bits. We'll see if anyone else
      responds.

Contracted just a small amount of HRSW. Mostly because it felt so good. Looks like a lot of wheat getting planted around the world this coming year so there may be a bigger carry-out of stocks. And for about $.40/bu above the CWB pro for the current crop year for the same grade and protein.

Priced some HRS and CPS just because I can. We'll see how I get treated on protein and grade spreads. Priced some canola for off-the combine because I'm so used to needing to do that for cash flow.

Not sure what BTO is talking about
                seedpac?
But its sure nice to be able to contract
wheat for fall delivery with confidence
it will move in the fall (and full
payment at a fixed price). It takes the
pressure off Canola and feed barley to
                cover cashflow.

So far: Priced 300 tonne at 12.00 per bushel,
                    October delivery.

Hoping it's the cheapest canola I sell next year.
