A friend of mine works for TD Bank and sent me some reports on interest rate predictions...looks like they think there will be a rate hike in May 2011.

Local credit union 4 percent floating. Connexus 5 percent floating.
If they don't get their act together this week I will be stroking them a 150,000 dollar check and say catch ya another time. -
not much room to go lower is the obvious and anything more than 1.25% will turn North Portal into El Paso, so my prediction would be resistance after .5% with current economys.
short term- not going down
long term- higher but not something ag can't handleComment
