Sep 10, 2023 | 10:36 6 Those crops were pretty green a week ago!! Had that 2 years ago the canola hopefully made good burgers Reply With Quote
Sep 10, 2023 | 10:38 7 To tell what damage is on that Canola seed, do a crush strip.

If the damage is brown in the cotyledon… sprout heated damage… white seeds are most often indicating heating not frost damage.

Too immature canola seeds…to see what the green seed damage will be when they are mature…. But heating damage and sprouts are indicated earlier…

Blessings and wisdom…. Straight cutting can lead to heated / weathered kernels… which are discounted far more. More than A half a percent damage can be downgrade …for human consumption crush markets.

You had me concerned, furrow. A suit goes with that hand, not a farmer. You could eat off that hand! Glad you clarified ownership! Reply With Quote
