Farming with Dad

With Father's Day this weekend I wanted to see what stories anyone had about farming with their Dad or what lessons they learned.

I don't have many yet, I just started farming with my dad.

What about you?

Took farming with dad for granted. This is the first year in my career that he never really helped at all. No branding, working cattle, seeding, etc. He just isn't feeling good enough. Kinda sad but I guess we just move on.

Dad is the only one who can do everything as good or better than me.

My Dad passed away, 3 years ago. Boy do I miss him. He was the best! We shared soooo much out here on the farm. He was my best friend too. Sure miss all the talks we used to have, about farming, new ways of doing things etc. RIP Dad, you deserve it, and thanks for everything you did and taught us.........

My Dad is a great inspiration to me...always supportive and loving.

I am glad I was able to thank him last Sunday on Father's day.
