I was shocked at the results of the referendum but on talking to two friends yesterday from Edmonton, it sounds like a lot of other people are dubious too. Just sayin. According to information the ballot counting is something people are wondering about. Seems like a trend that they are using ballot counting computers and then immediately destroying the ballots, hmmm.

The onlY dubious part about it is that people fell for it... and lets be serious here.. out of the 25% that voted to separate, 15 ish of those actually wanted to. The rest just wanted to " send ottawa a message".
Imagine. 150 million spent on a useless....mean nothing...referendum that isnt legslatively binding in any way shape or form. The last time they did a referendum vote..the ucp.just did what they wanted anyway. ( time change was 50.35 % no. but the ucp went ahead anywho)
This is about as meaningful as a phone survey.
