Admiring China for its amazing feats of engineering and rapid technological development is not the same as supporting their policies or lack of democracy.
Trump likes Putin, Kim Jong Un and supports a long list of wanna be dictators and sends financial support to far right politicians in western democracies.
tRump undermines democracy and tried to steal an election.
Trudeau did nothing similar and resigned on his own.
