It was an exiting game and glad they got the win. I was swathing canola and was able to hear the game on the radio.
I find sporting events really good for passing time when you are spending long days in the field.
Now days the Riders are about the only event you can get on AM radio.
Back a few years you could get lots of Major League Baseball games. Back in the early 90’s nothing was better than listening to a Blue Jays playoff game while combing. 3 hours would pass like nothing!

I am in an area where I can hear Rider games, Elks games and Stampeder games. Also can catch blue jays on Golden West radio.
