You antivaxers should head off to Congo and see for yourself how a deadly infectious disease spread so quickly and easily. Don't wear a mask or rubber gloves!

The point is we need strong international programs to monitor and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Infectious diseases are still a major cause of death around the world. They can easily end up here.

Display clearly what Ottawa does, and shed light on what gets money over food and vaccine aid. Publish the numbers.
