Elnino La Nina, Neutral,Ningaloo Nino/Nina

None of this is a new phenomena presuming you all knew that, first noted in early 1900s by Peruvian fisherman data in 80s more precise data since 2000s.

Zero to do with climate change just upwelling nothing more nothing less. Come and go.

Some of the rhetoric is sickening "gonna affect hurricanes headline errr well of course it is done so since data was established why some hurricane seasons stronger than others nothing to see there.

I implore you guys not to believe the clik bait headlines. Some of the "experts" aint got a Scooby doo.

Currently we are having a very good start to our season some best ever tis a signature of elnino great autumn early winters then rain just shuts of late winter spring

Have a top day lads lasses and convertibles

"news" articles here are written and selected to keep 'human caused climate change' in the forefront. El Nino worsening because of it..... Becomes a belief, while carbon taxes go through the roof and into general revenue.

Climate change is in the news a lot because the risks are high and there are numerous examples of extreme events affecting countries and humans around the world.

We have just come though several years of serious and massive wild fires in Canada as an example. Denying that climate change has made forest fires more frequent or worse is just plain stupid.

Of course the antiscience types don't believe the science or media's coverage. Its all a conspiracy. Bullshit! That's lame climate change denialism.

I post science from credible scientific organizations about the impact and dangers of climate change and all you guys post are opinions and conspiracy theories?

Name one credible scientific organization that says human caused climate change is not happening nor a serious risk!

We are waiting....

And I can predict none of you will come up with anything credible!

You will just continue to make flaky conspiracy theories the centre of your opinions.

Human-caused climate change is an established scientific fact driven primarily by the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation, and other industrial activities. These actions release greenhouse gases that trap heat in the atmosphere. The overwhelming weight of evidence and data confirms human activities are the dominant cause of the warming observed over the past century: [1 (https://scienceexchange.caltech.edu/topics/sustainability/evidence-climate-change)]
• Scientific Consensus: Peer-reviewed studies consistently show that over 99% of actively publishing climate scientists agree that human activities are the primary driver of recent global warming.[1 (https://news.cornell.edu/stories/2021/10/more-999-studies-agree-humans-caused-climate-change)]
• Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide and other heat-trapping gases have surged since the Industrial Revolution to levels unprecedented in millions of years. [1 (https://royalsociety.org/news-resources/projects/climate-change-evidence-causes/basics-of-climate-change/), 2 (https://science.nasa.gov/climate-change/evidence/)]
• Isotopic Fingerprint: The specific chemical makeup of the carbon building up in our atmosphere clearly indicates it comes from the combustion of fossil fuels (like coal, oil, and gas) rather than natural sources. • Ruled Out Natural Factors: Comprehensive climate models and empirical observations demonstrate that natural cycles—such as solar fluctuations or volcanic activity—cannot account for the rapid, widespread warming trend. Land is smart. He doesn't see any of those posts.

My point is that, if I agree there are 'some' anthropomorphic climate effects, I have to jump in the deep end.

"Journalism" is no longer what it was.
We are exposed to an avalanche of words by the penny.
None of which would pass by my old English teacher or my critical thinking mentor. Definitely a marketing class A grade however.
Word usage change has sped up.
Hip, groovy, phat, totes, safe, global warming, climate change.
I really despise stay safe as a parting over see you later.

So, is it right that to affect change, we need to push ideas like a new Buick? Of course, it's always been so, but the large scope is new, and the depth of the intangible is in fathoms.

Be more mindful when reading. You'll see what I mean.

Also, I insist on pointing out the largest proponents have never written a check. That too has always been so.
