China is leading the green technological revolution that is lowering emissions.

Their massive increase in renewable energy shows that economic growth can be decoupled from fossil fuels.

China for all its flaws realizes that to be dependent on imported fossil fuels is an issue of national security. You can't block the sun or wind like the straight of Hormuz.

We produce more low cost electricity that we use with our small solar system. We could have a lot of roof top solar and ground mount like they do in Australia and lower the cost of electricity for large parts of the year.

For 3 hours a day electricity is free in parts of Australia because they have too much.
