New driver broken English of course

Feed truck driver (from Romania ) talked about icy roads, dam cold very busy going day and night trying to find all the right roads to deliver feed to us customers. Still way better than in his corner of Romania where you could watch drones fly overhead between Ukrainian and Russian targets. He was 20 miles from border. Things kinda peacefull in outback Manitoba.

Seen a post of a transport truck that went down a sled trail near Swan Lake last week. Bad decision.

Then this week seen a post of one doing very similar and going down a non maintained dirt road outside of Airdrie.

There’s bad roads and then there’s bad decisions haha

It happens to truck drivers who speak perfect English too. Myself included.

After a few bad experiences with truck ending up on dead end roads trying to find our yard, I now make a point of explicitly instructing them not to drive down any no exit roads. Even after providing a pin and written directions.

I wonder if a calculator built into the side of a tape measure would slow the war on bridges in Saskatoon.

What about air traffic control? How ridiculous can it get when a fire truck gets clearance to cross a busy landing strip. Lordy - in this day and age, how can this type of error happen? Gotta wonder!

& shame on the fire truck driver for failing to look before crossing.

They said that yhe fire truck lacked a transponder. A court case was won in lowly Saskatchewan where a police transponder was stuck to the bottom of a guy’s truck to track his movements. Its not rocket science.

Are overpasses lower in Saskatchewan? I don’t get how they’re hit so much more frequently than anywhere else.
