oh ps big rains last weekend I dipped out a little between 25 and 53mm not 12 kms aways 98mm not quite triple figures history shows when we have excessive heat like we had a few weeks ago , does interact in the uppers for tropical stuff to funnel down other guys had 250mm over 10 days. About once every 10/12 years almost like clock work.

And my regional town 50 kms west said to a few huge rain sunday got till midday getting mocked zero had fallen sure enough about 5pm came in from east and banks up on some ranges with cool air from west nowhere to just rains and rains happened numerous times. Just a geographic "micro climate" thing.

Off rodeo phtography again on weekend very close to getting accreditation hit me up if ya want local rodeo will do for nothing if ya pay the air fare

Few laughs, try to learn at times, try not to be keyboard warrior hiding blah blah. Same as life I guess,I tolerate most but those I dont to bad there loss or my loss dont give rats toss bag either way.

Current most important pressing issue is we actually sell a lot of sheep meat frozen and chilled to Middle East. Currently 4000 plus tonne on the water nearby to conflict we used to do live sheep but non conservative politicians banned it a year ago. Not all in Middle East have refrigeration hence live.
oddly they just get them from another destination South Africa and possibly South America fill the gap.

So not sure what’s gonna happen to all the mutton.

          Rare copy and paste.
          • In 2024, sheep and goat meat were among the top exports from Australia to Iran, valued at around $155 million.
          • Challenges: The market is highly sensitive to geopolitical issues, including US sanctions and regional conflicts that affect shipping routes.
          • Market Context: Iran is considered an emerging market with growing demand for red meat.

Iranians often prefer mutton (older sheep) over lamb for its robust, intense flavor and superior fat content, which holds up better in traditional, long-simmered dishes like
Abgoosht. Mutton provides a richer, gamey taste that is considered more authentic and flavorsome for stews, kebabs, and, for example, the dish Kalle Pache.?
