Border agents have been known to step in front of vehicles to justify shooting at them. This agent worked for border patrol during the time these incidents were reported by internal memos. If in fact he did this , it is murder. Strange that the gun was drawn before the vehicle moved in his direction.

What really happened ? We will never know because ther will not be an independent investigation. All we know is three shots were fired at a civilian . Two shots from the side when there was no danger to the agent. What the agent said after while videoing the shooting says it all . He was angry at her and was going to prove a point that they were in charge.
