    Times change sometimes for better

    One of my beloved daughters live in New Zealand.

    Guessing 15yrs ago became vegan then 10 years ago changed tact became vegetarian then about 3 years ago a think its pectarion not sure eats fish occasionally hubby a spear fisherman.

    Anyway she rang for my birthday "guess what" "what" "your gonna be happy with me" "what what" "I had half a pork chop" lol

    She cooked pork for hubby and daughter and just had tiny nibble fark that tasted good messaged me a couple times had roast lamb had a steak etc etc she got no idea why it happened.

    She was a teacher and almost peer group pressure to be vegan veg when she started now has own small business.

    Funny she was very very left leaning that has changed had a terrible female prime minister in her own words and now in business full conservative priorities change eh.

    Certainly no doubt that while going to University you can be exposed to a lot of progressively stupid ideas.
    As a a beef farmer and someone who really enjoys eating meat I have always felt a great deal of empathy for vegans and vegetarians.

      The Mediterranean diet with less red meat and more fish,vegetables and whole grains is still one of the best options for a healthy diet.
