I have a large group of acquaintances, none of them missed a beat regarding being employed or running their businesses, and none of them collected CREB or unemployment insurance.

Actually there was a young couple in the local town where I do most of my business who run a business in this town loaded up their young family( all kids were under 6), drove across Canada and participated in the protest in Ottawa. They did not stay for 3 weeks though. As far as that goes Chris Barber runs a trucking business, he is not a freeloader.

I'll address your two points with one reply, the young owner of a trucking business that I know extermly well could never load up his family and drive out to Ottawa for any amount of time, nor spend three weeks there like Barber did.
