Rebel is an advocacy and political activist organization, not to be confused with those who are real journalists and follow journalistic principles of confirmed fact checking and objectivity.
Aren't all news organizations staffed with people who are not afraid to be very up front about their political leaning?
    DEI hiring encouraged that?
Was that not the whole reason for it? Diversity?
Andrew Coyne is proud to admit he went to the USA to campaign for Biden .

Most media is about subtle as you or I about their political views?

Even Carney, who was the the leader among the climate activitist trying to control the economy till that was rejected, has ben cautious not to show his activitist beliefs.
He is politician and that is what politicians do!

Carney is world class economist, former central banker, and has much more experience in the real business world than PP the career politician on the public payroll from age 26!

Look at the 2 resumes. Which one would you hire?

PP is a good talker in question period and that is about it!

It's becoming fairly obvious to most of the world that EV mandates are politics and will never be attained?

The only way they can even be a significant factor is if China dominates world auto manufacturing.

Very few current EV manufacturers will survive without major subsidies by the US government.

And government's track record of picking losers instead of winners remains a perfect zero.

But at least a lot of well connected Eastern liberal cronies lined their pockets. It was fun while it lasted.

And now Chuck and his fellow socialist want the government to get involved in the housing industry. I'm sure it will be different this time though.

"Very few current EV manufacturers will survive without major subsidies by the US government." WTF

Every major manufacturer in the world has EVs in the lineup of options! Are they all going to go broke?

And remember when Loony Donny was trying to sell Tesla's at the white house? "they got computers" LOL

Unlike socialist dreams, having something to sell and actually having customers who WANT to buy it are two different things.

The dream of mass change over to EV''s is dead.

Some countries with poor leadership are still pretending.

                    Time will tell?

But the subsidies are going down a black hole at this point.

70% have gone to bankruptcy or mothballed projects.

I think shtferbrains should be proud of this response.

You pointed out the realities of the competitive free market capitalist system which all non-government entities have to compete within.

And Chuck responds with insults and name calling. I think you're over the target.

EV's had nothing to do with saving the world from plant food. Just another backdoor route to socialism.
