Will take much longer.

Carney says he wants to approve projects much quicker by helping individual cases get through the regulatory.
Logically, it would be quicker to reduce regulatory.
Imagine how long that would take, if even possible?
Every single line would have to be reviewed multiple times.

It would require thousands of liberal lawyers and a high chance it would come out worse.
Lawyers never do things quickly or make things better.

My experience of some people, it is like dealing with 2 year olds, you may have done something for them in the past but it is like that never occurred. I think people have been trained well to expect more for nothing in this country.
