He did say it will be all Canadian engeneered on these projects.
That will be quite a stretch considering the LNG Canada project comes in from China as modules.

Maybe they can send SNC a few billion as a consultant?

BC government approved an LNG plant up on tha border with Alaska.
Federal government immediately gave thier approval based on the BC approval.
This is what they said they were going to do to avoid duplicating the same regulatory.
Very good sign for investors in LNG.
