Farther away things are, the slower it looks like they’re moving is all.

Yes the sky and stars rotate at 15degrees per hour and at the same time of year all stars are in the same position. However Polaris the North star remains practically fixed all year round, even thou the claim is we are 186million miles on the opposing side of the sun every 6 month. There should be parallax but isnt any. It is impossible to reconcile the observations made for millenia of the constellations with an ever expanding universe theory.
