Some of the baby boomers were still getting polio. The last case was in 1977 with free of polio certification for Canada in 1994.
Measles is just the tip of the iceberg. It has run rampant in some religious groups that are opposed to vaccinations. The same groups that don't want their kids educated so that they don't and can't leave the community.Comment

Vaccines reduce the spread and impact of infectious disease.
This flu season is looking more severe with 3 kids already dead in Saskatchewan from the flu. Seniors and children are at the greatest risk.
