      In the US most of the higher GDP per capita ended up in the hands of the richest 1%.

      Of course the chronic complainers can't understand why GDP per capita is a flawed measure.?

      But you can't explain that to those who live in one of the best counties on earth but still feel they are oppressed.

            You must be talking about the "Inflation Reduction Act".
            Investors with real money benefit from subsidies that make Renewable energy projects a sure thing for investors then get a tax break for clean investment.

            Middle class makes it possible with their taxpayer money but have no money left to get on the gravy train.

            Then the ones that vote for it ask for more?
