86% of the world’s critical minerals owned by 3 countries.

Article in the Financial Post: Canada could play leading role as G7 strikes alliance to stockpile critical minerals. financialpost.com/commodities/mining/g7-counter-china-dominance-critical-minerals.
As it sits now just three producers, China, Indonesia and the Democratic Republic of Congo control 86% of the global supply, up from 82% just a few years ago. European leaders, certainly in agreement with Prime Minister Carney continue to push the energy transition. A transition where we don’t own any of the critical minerals required to build batteries or magnets to power the hardware. The leaders of the world are victims of intellectual blindness as they have mandated a path but they don’t own the raw materials to build the path. And Chuck2 I look forward to you quoting the IEA as they are the one’s providing the numbers on who owns the critical minerals.

Doug is campaigning for the Federal PC leadership review.
He's been watching how easy it is to grift a personal fortune like the Liberals have been doing.

Chuckie No Cheese failed to mention that Saskatchewan is a powerhouse with 27 of 34 of the critical minerals. Add potash and high-grade uranium and tell me again why we have high taxes here.

And who said we aren't going to develop all those minerals needed for all types of energy production? Canada has a lot of what is needed.

Duty to consult and share in resource development.

Of course some conservatives would love to ignore and cut first nations out of resource development on treaty lands.

Considering that China owns many Canadian resource companies already. They own the federal liberal government, as well as some provincial and municipal governments.
Do Canada's resources count as China's?
