Rents out his parking spot for 6k a yr to someone that commutes to work.

Downtown Vancouver parking makes using a personal vehicle not an option.

But renting a truck when needed for farmers is a stretch?

Pollution, traffic congestion and the safety of city streets is everyone's business.
