Check out what former CIA Mike Benz has to say about supposed LGBTQ/gender aid to foreign countries. According to him, this is all about soft power and fomenting disruption and regime change ( over simplification). The same goals as most of the USAID projects.

When Canada commits money for these same "causes" is it in cooperation with the US, or are our politicians dumb enough to think they are actually supporting these causes?
