Just Thinking: So, Sunday is the Liberal Leadership race and only one leader is clambering to secure 50% plus one vote to become ultimate leader and by virtue of this crazy conundrum the head of state in Canada - But say the party was run like the Canadian government is run, one contender votes would be weighted differently, heavier so to say and he/she could win with more power or heaven- forbid the two second runners could amalgamate their votes and they could together topple Carney. If this lop-sided imperial “democracy” ( if by any stretch of your imagination you could call it that) is good for the country maybe it would be good for the Liberal party.
