Heard reservoirs are low to dry to help the smelts. Salty is better than nothing but these high winds would have the ocean whipped up, pi’s poor loading conditions.Comment

News report last night said looters are starting fires and some are being caught. A Canadian was on the news because his home was the only one left standing because some one had a garden hose. It’s hard to fight a fire with 100 mph winds but impossible without water. Geez Looez, that commie state is sick, no fire preparedness.Comment
