Incumbent governments of all types left and right are losing during a period of wide spread uncertainty and inflationary pressure.

In UK the Conservatives are out, Labour is in.

Trump is making economic uncertainty worse.

Canadian companies and exporters are putting plans on hold until they see what the Trump tarrifs will look like.

That uncertainty is affecting companies and investment decisions world wide.

Just what we need, more uncertainty in a world where the second largest economy in the world,China is weakening.

It kind of deflates all the conspiracy theory that the left is bringing in immigrants who will vote for them forever. While the left simultaneously adopts policies which those same immigrants cannot possibly support.
