    Here you go.

The Italian government has issued a new decree to completely ban solar from agricultural land. The new provisions will not apply to projects currently undergoing the approval process.

Meanwhile, back in Canada. Protesters are sabotaging the construction of a battery plant in quebec.
Because it perpetuates the car culture. And because they are cutting down forest to make room for the plant..

Seems to be a common theme. The environmentalist don't want green energy because it's not green enough or because it involves capitalism or because it doesn't destroy our quality of life fast enough. Consumers don't want to pay for green energy. Landowners, homeowners and tourists don't want green energy bespoiling the landscape. Industry can't afford to pay for green energy, and are voting with their feet moving to places who still have affordable reliable energy.
The only groups left left who actually promote green energy are the corrupt governments, and the crony capitalists.

          Link to the above protests.
Chuck seems to be very selective in which protests he condemns and which ones he is conspicuously quiet about. Which category does this fall into? https://www.cbc.ca/amp/1.7195624
