So all the climate scientists around the world are part of the conspiracy and wrong!

BL must be proud of his science denying comrades!

If you don’t go along with the rest of the climate wackos you get canceled.

How much does it effect the data when you go from 450 reporting stations to less than 150?

That depends on how the remaining stations were Cherry picked, and what agenda was behind that action

I’ve stayed out of talking about the climate change debate as I honestly am no scientist. That said, the sky is falling crowd is as fanatical as a death cult. In another topic cc said I was comparing climate change proponents to Hitler but actually I was alluding to him and the fanatics. Even if carbon emissions are causing climate change what is the ultimate result? Will the results of the draconian measures if taken to the full extent be worth the consequences vs the consequences of not doing anything? I know there is the other argument if nothing is done and everything goes to hell in a hand basket but the biggest obstacle is no one can prove it either way. Kind of like religion, there is nobody who can quantifiably prove it either way with imperical evidence. That is why the fervour surrounding climate change has become religious and dogmatic in nature and I just tune out from it because emotion and want to believe comes into the equation. Furthermore, wiping out historic weather data from many years ago causes suspicion. Kind of like Nazis and commies burning books they didn’t agree with or Constantine determining which books would constitute the holy bible.

Very good post, on many levels

We aren't allowed to have that discussion. We skipped right over the cost benefit analysis.
The few people who have dared to analyze the costs, such as the environmentalist Bjorn Lomborg have concluded that the do nothing option is far more cost effective in all ways.

And that is based on the unproven assumption that CO2 controls the climate in the first place. That discussion is even more taboo.

Wilton you keep bringing up the Nazi analogy along with stupid conspiracy theories which have been dismissed.

Even the probable next Conservative Prime Minister says human caused climate change is real.

So why do you remain so skeptical about something that is scientific fact?

Human influence is city microclimates, something like a yard surrounded by a tall deep shelterbelt is ALWAYS warmer...duh!

Yeah Nazi communist socialist same shit different pile. Seemed to unnecessarily kill 100 million plus people for no better reason than their own altruistic objectives. Seems to be universal suffering is a common theme with any of their plans. Like I said before I am no scientist and neither are you so making bold claims either way is purely assumptions which could be completely wrong. So, shrinking western economies while allowing bad actors to keep on doing what they’re doing is fool hardy. Isn’t it? Cutting fertilizer use and shrinking production causing less economic output and less food sustainable to a 9 billion population? Sounds dumb like a Mao or Stalin moment?

                          Remember the watermelon analogy.
"greens" like Chuck are only green on the outside, and red on the inside.
Our watermelon isn't very swift though, doesn't even try to hide his communist aspirations. Often letting his true intentions shine through the green veneer.

Because our instincts are alarmed by the presentation.

Cc is here to relish the antagonism.
The discussion is being won in our schools.

What exactly are you claiming to be a scientific fact?

Are you referring to the theory that CO2 is a greenhouse gas which could potentially cause global warming? Do you remember all the times I have asked you what the climate sensitivity to CO2 is? Do you remember all the times that you failed to find the scientific answer?
