          Maybe the experimental vaxx that didn’t stop transmission but was pretty good at clots and heart trouble might not be a real vaccine, lots of people who were disgusted in people that wouldn’t take the clot shot won’t take any shots ever now once they started thinking for themselves.

                Considering how low the standards were set last time around, I think any alchemist with a toy chemistry set could make a vaccine that wouldn't be any worse than the last one. As we now know, it didn't need to be safe, it didn't need to be effective, and it didn't need to be tested.
                ABout the only budget you would need is enough to pay the appropriate bribes.

                  a real vaccine is one that is well tested and proven to work and what side effects are possible , they used to say that took 5 to 10 years sometimes longer
