"But think about that, Chuck2 lectures us on how important EVs are but they are going to turn the whole industry upside down to lower emissions 2% to 3%!! Crazy!"

Yes WOW for DUMB! Isn't it CC?

Its early days in the transition. More patience my friends.

The more important part of the report shows that the carbon tax on large emitters is working much better at reducing emissions and for the most part you don't even notice.

And Trevor Tombe and the PBO showed that the inflationary effect of the carbon tax is really low, well below 1%.

But during the the biggest inflationary period in decades the oil companies made record profits! But according to flat earthers those high oil prices weren't inflationary!

And little PP says the only cause of inflation on everything is the carbon tax! Just like he said crypto currency will protect us from inflation! LOL

It must be the new math conservatives are using!

What an amusingly tone deaf response. After all your preaching on EV’s you didn’t even address how little EV’s will lower emissions. Instead you again attack how oil companies, in your opinion, made too much money. I feel like a reporter asking Justin Trudeau a question knowing he won’t in any way shape or form answer my question!!

Chuckroach, the major influence on inflation was the turd blowing 650 billion out his ass and nothing to show for it!

and when all that money was being dumped out PP was every day saying it would cause inflation , and he was 100% correct in what he said would happen

As anyone with any common Sense has been saying all along, governments will inevitably find a way to put a road to tax on to electric vehicles. California is trying to find a way to track your mileage so they can tax electric vehicles based on mileage.

So not only did they ruin the affordability and reliability of the electricity needed to charge the EVS, by destroying fossil fuel and nuclear plants and sabotaging by adding wind and solar, now they will add a tax per mile to the electric vehicles. Tell me again how much cheaper it is to drive an electric vehicle

Ha ha ha....Road Tax for road wrecking, tire wearing EV's! To be fair HAS to be greater than ICE.

Maybe they replace incredibly heavy inefficient batteries with solar panels strapped to car roofs
                  should solve the problems

Can't drive at night, less charge when cloudy...and we all know lithium batteries hold less charge as they age. Range goes to SFA.

Well looks like even if you find a charging station, inner city heathens have probably already helped themselves.

But to make sure thieves dont steal your EVs copper, keep it parked securely inside your garage.

So ICE vehicles never stop working in -35 and strand drivers on the side of the road?

In a cold snap the tow trucks are very busy with cold weather rescues because the 12V batteries die and vehicles won't start.

EVs are actually more reliable because of electric motors. Their range is reduced but many warm the cabin and batteries while plugged in before they leave.

And most commutes are under 15km.

How often do your electric motors in a cleaning plant or on an auger or conveyor freeze up?

You’re saying the ICE vehicle weakness is relying on an electrical battery then? Hmmm.
