    enviroment canada and bill gates

What gives environment canada the right to go in with bill gates to modify the weather. They are negotiating about putting sun blocking patiticle in our atmosfeer. What could possibly go wrong . this is just insane.

Big volcano's do that sun blocking thing from time to time very hard to manage and can lead to ice age. Maybe not the best option to let humans try.

Dust from Volcano's also fertilizes the oceans causing larger algae blooms that absorb Co2 and increase fish populations that feed on algae and plankton.

40% of the worlds oceans are so deficient in iron as a micronutrient they grow virtually no algae or plankton. That area has been increasing as much of that was more productive in past climatic periods.

Fertilizing the oceans could absorb all the "excess" Co2 but is controversial as it is considered Geoengineering.

Much of the worlds food supply comes from fertilizing or "geoengineering' the soil to be more productive.
Also seem to be controversial and in some jeopardy?

Seems odd to me more experimenting hasn't been done on this.
It is a hot button with climate activists.
