A very interesting read is this old thread from 2021. Its mighty cold out so lots of time to pull up old threads. Predictions didn’t materialize.

Was interesting to see all the posters who don't seem to be here anymore.

For whatever reason old posters disappeared but I am thankful that many of us are still here and some like Saskfarmer and others are dedicated. Every morning, the weather and this site are the first place I go to reconnect with the world. So much good information and many interesting ideas. The cold snap will be gone in a few days and we’ll find out if we prepared everything well enough. ????
