One family in the area reported out of 4 family ICE vehicles only 1 is working. The rest have issues because of the cold.

But according to the flat earthers only EVs have issues in the cold?

I have spent enough winters wrestling with ICE equipment and vehicles to know the severe limitations they have at -40 or worse. And I have the frost bitten fingers as evidence of the battles.
EV's have many advantages at these temperatures, there are no fluids to warm up, it doesn't require heat to start combustion etc. Range, cabin heat and charging ability obviously are not among the advantages.
But the difference is that with some prior planning and good maintenance, a gas or diesel vehicle can and does start and function at any temperature. A good battery(s), a functional block heater/oil pan heater/transmission heater etc. the right grade of oil and fuel, and the ICE will start.
From what I'm seeing, you are out of options if it is too cold for the charger to charge an EV.

I thought maybe the fall in used Tesla prices was just reflecting the overall lower used vehicle market.
So I checked on used F150's over the same time span. Exactly the same as they were in Aug 22

Have you ever noticed how many of them are lined up and idling in the Tim Hortons drive through just so they can pickup a coffee and a box of tim bits?

Tons of carbon end up in our atmosphere, while kilograms of fat end up on their lazy asses.

And I drive a farm pickup when I need to.

Sad how brain washed you are .
The very people, the self proclaimed leaders in the WEF at Davos , are giggling to themselves.
They have convinced millions of petty people kind like yourself that it’s your neighbour in the Tim’s line up, or the soccer mom with an SUV that’s the perceived problem .
meanwhile they will continue on with their private jets , billionaire lifestyle , mega mansions , yachts and car collections while you cry about the middle class just trying to raise a family and get through life .
