    Twas the day before Christmas

    ‘Twas the day before Christmas
    And all through the land
    Liberal MPs home for Christmas
    Were wringing their hands
Hoping in the New Year for better news
As public opinion polling was giving them the blues
As visions of sugar plums danced in their heads
They wondered could they just ban polling instead

But it was nice to be home, away from the chatter
As inside Parliament Poilievre had raised such a clatter
Pointing out problems with what had been done
Watching Trudeau stumble hadn’t been fun
But now they were home with family and friends
Hoping the holidays wouldn’t soon end
To all the posters on Agriville I give a loud cheer
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Don't eat lunch before checking out JTs pre Christmas pod cast interview. You know, right before he left for Jamaica.

        Twas the day before christmas,
The wind is blowing, the sun is shining,
I'm not very good at rhyming,
But I forgot to check Alberta power generation I fear
As we usually do on the shortest day of the year,
Chuck's admonitions about this habit were ringing in my ear
So I checked it today, being Christmas eve morn.
I assumed that is what Hamloc post was about to warn.
The solar panels aren't covered in snow,
The chinook winds continue to blow,
And thanks to the hard work of the wind turbine maintenance staff,
At 10 AM wind is up to well over half,
And solar, which at this time of year is typically a turd
Is miraculously, is up to a third.
        Forecast is warm weather,
Demand is light as a feather,
        Chuck is right,
The lights won't go out tonight,
This year his words ring true,
Solar and Wind to the rescue,
I wish to Chuck a Merry Christmas.
See, I'm not always an @ss.

That would need to be “happy holidays” , merry Christmas not allowed in that sick little circle

Merry Christmas to the Agriville community this 2023 holiday. Hope Santa was good to you. Good Christmas pudding. No one sick in your family. Lots of love being passed around. Good coffee. Christmas music. And a chocolate or two. Hugs from pars.

Merry Christmas Parsley! Many Blessings! Learning to be humble is a very interesting fellowship… our earthly humanity resists , but the inevitability of our mortality certainly is an appointment no one should consider as trivial… Mercy, Grace, Forgiveness, Peace, and Love… all bundled into the Christmas passion… Our Creator himself prepares a special path for each of us …an inheritance we can share with family, community, and sacrifice our pride for the joy of peaceful sacrifice to the author of time, consciousness, and forgiveness… King Jesus.
Many Blessings, Wisdom, and praying for a fruitful 2024 to one and all!!!
              Cheers!
