There must be more to this because I don't believe those stats.

We do get a break on licences for farm vehicles. All are licenced at a discount to commercial or private vehicles. That is the break we get for driving them fewer miles and on quieter roads. We can also get a 10% discount on a car licence if it is used for farm business.
