    B S E in horses?

    Did anyone hear anything on this the wife says she heard something about a horse found with B S E in lethbridge on the noon show on C F C W but I cant find anything about it .

      There was a horse diagnosed with west nile virus in Lethbridge in September. Could that have been what she heard?
