The rules on that seem to be open to interpretation.
Few years ago I bought a quarter that had a guy wire and anchor sticking way out into the field. One of the big power companies. I inquired if there was any way we could modify it. It wasn't on the title in any way. They said that's our bad, that line can't be there and they came and removed it their expense.
At The same time the local power co-op has half a mile of power line across the middle of one of our quarters. Very old poles, due for replacement, we were in discussion about trying to have it moved to the road instead now that the trees are all gone and there are many other houses to service on the same road. This one also is not on the title. They insist that the power line does not need to be on the title have a right to be there. If we wanted it moved, it would be at our expense even though it would have resulted in far less miles of line. However the lawyers seem to disagree. Didn't force the issue since we are a member of the same co-op.

What's your forecast for the long week end?
The first time my son brought his California bride home for the May long you could walk on the water puddles on the early morning calf check.
