Anyway, you should all know that NDP is now holding the govt hostage for its big ticket items. Pharmacare and UBI. Pharmacare is a $15B annual tab. UBI is a $30B annual tab.

The last witness is part of a pilot project in Vancouver, straight cash to homeless, no questions asked.

All of this will be approved as its the only way the Liberals can turn their fortunes around now.

That program in vancouver is pretty wild. I think there was done in a city in the us... and it showed the same results. Positive.. infact.
7500 bucks doesnt seem like alot compared to the cost of 2 emts and an ambulance cost.
Interesting study for sure.
