There’s a couple others who do the same as well. Can tell by writing style and political bent. Not saying who they are as they’re not dipshits like whom you’re referring to here.

Yeah so do EV owners then pay a road tax when purchasing their vehicle registration each year? Aside from continuous childish responses how do ev owners contribute to the infrastructure they use?

So you have no issue with taxpayers subsidizing road infrastructure which was the original complaint in the editorial cut and paste which started this thread?! I find it interesting that none of our socialist posters came up with any numbers to support their viewpoint. Your about as incompetent as our present Prime Minister.

Zero hedge as a source of facts? Zero chance on that.

Manitoba has announced the vast majority of their electricity expansion in the coming years will be from wind and solar. Both are some the lowest generation cost electricity on the planet.

Chuck2 how is road tax going to be payed by EV owners? Chevrolet Blazer EV is projected to be 33% heavier than it’s ICE counterpart. The Hyundai Tucson EV is 46% heavier than it’s ICE counterpart. How will all this extra weight affect roads? Tire wear?

If solar and wind are so cheap why does the price of electricity in Alberta keep going up as more wind and solar are added? And the price of natural gas goes down? Hmmm carbon tax?

Better check the cost of electricity in Western Europe……. Completely debunks what you just claimed . Check Denmark, one of the highest energy costs in the world
