    Serious Question advice needed

This comes from a well respected guy. Occasionally gets it wrong.

Anyway this is australia in 5 years time.

Much smaller and engulfed by seawater.

    Do i
1 sell now take the money and run

2 head back to uni and study aquaculture fish farming or oyster farming

3 buy speed boats and enjoy and hope it passes.

4 buy shares in shipping companies and build port facilities and become a inland port

So many options none of us know what to do.

Sell enough of the first, and you can prepare to do all four.

        1. Find a better adviser and source of climate change impacts.

        2. Don't personally worry about sea level rise because you will be long dead before it becomes more serious.

        3. But plan for more extreme weather events, mostly extreme heat.

4 Invest in a solar PV system as many Australians have already done.

        Good luck!

State of the Climate 2022 Australia

        http://www.bom.gov.au/state-of-the-climate/oceans.shtml

Global mean sea level has risen by around 25 cm since 1880; half of this rise has occurred since 1970.
Rates of sea level rise since 1993 vary across the Australian region, with the largest increases to the north and south-east of the Australian continent.

The world’s oceans have taken up 91 per cent of the extra energy stored by the planet as a result of enhanced greenhouse gas concentrations. Measuring changes in ocean heat content is therefore an accurate way to monitor global warming.
The ocean does not warm evenly. Some regions, including around Australia, are warming several times faster than the global mean.
The rate at which the oceans are taking up heat has increased over recent decades.

Can you mark where you live on the map so we can see if you’ll be able to open an ocean front resort?

                  Just a word of caution….

The models used for Climate Change will change radically over the next decades…

Central latitude levels could increase more than polar regions… as temperatures rise… if they actually do… increasing atmospheric water vapour will change weather conditions more than the normal now… increased catastrophic weather is directly proportional to the evil schemes and greed of civilization ….

Doing work and hobbies you enjoy… for motivations of good and justice … will very likely be the most rewarding for you, your family and friends!

Easter Blessings… Prosperity is a state of mind and community!

quote from Glenn including around Australia, are warming several times faster than the global mean"

bring it on great for farming in my neck of the woods. wetter springs

the above was "climate emergency announced was it a month ago" map shown somewere.

Climate change two words hysteria or humour , reality and rational thinking somewere in between.

                    obviously i choose humour
