Time will tell if they try to rewrite the constitution ....

Nothing is below how far this coalition government will go to undermine Western Canada

Man its almost like Smith and Moe had a 6th sense getting those Sask and Alberta First acts through the legislature.

      They will needed right away.

Maybe we should play the natives into opening up the constitution, shred it and rewrite it.

So when will you advance from from your stone age thinking? LOL

Did you forget that in the history of Canada, first nations were a vital part of the fur trade and helped explorers open up the country to Europeans?

And then they had their lands taken away and were in many cases, starved onto reserves.

No doubt you think the way they were treated was just fine and we have no responsibility to make their lives better.

Even Steven Harper apologized for the way first nations were treated.

And you probably still think you are superior because of your european origins.

We have a word that describes people who think like that. Do I need to spell it out?

Kind of looks like Scott Moe likes to jump the panic button on the feds to deflect on the provinces own problems. Then he hides out cause he does not want to hear the truth.Kind of like Harper when he was PM never attended a meeting to talk about an energy strategy for Canada cause he was afraid of being picked on by premiers.

"we have no responsibility to make their lives better."

Did I NOT just say the aboriginals were brought into all our society has become?

            Completely equal in opportunity.

You think their PRE European civilization was superior?

Should we have kept them apart and in the stone age? Answer

Of course much or all interactions could have been better. That's hind sight, nothing anyone alive from 1500-1800 can be held responsible for.

So thats almost $2B in cash to the natives in 2 days, plus whatever 44,000 ha of land is worth in BC.

I think Canada is totally fcked. PP will never bring this country back to some sense of normal. Our combined federal provincial and household debt must be off the charts by now.

Not a single ounce of REE will ever be mined out of northern ontario. There wont even be a road built.

All the more reason to double down on oil and gas. At least its on farmers land.

I'm not sure what the holdup is. His own NFU publicly supports the land back initiative.
I assume he is waiting for the government to take the land away from someone else to give to the natives. Someone who worked too hard and was too successful. not Chuck to do it out of the goodness of his own heart of course. It's the liberal way.

All that good land close to a number of reserves. Funny thing if the natives got it they’d sagd the shit out of it. All the years he fought off O&G exploitation and natives aren’t no dummies. Heck they have their own oil companies.
