    Had tongue tacos today. Took more time to cut off the rubbery edge. Extremely tender beef is what it is. Good stuff!

        think its minced up

        another one i doubt is anywere in oz now is jugged hare or rabbit. put on open fire cooked whole guts and all not for me

            ive tried lots of things but most disgusting is or was sea urchin eggs

            A moari mate from NZ gave me some to try errr passed on the second one

            You guys see kangaroo over there in super markets?
            Plum sauce common with it or plum and chilli.

            Pretty "gamey" flavour but you guys could handle it real lean to
