I see the Liberals want to make it easier to suspend civil liberties through amendments to the EA.

There is a 400$M class action lawsuit against the Freedom demonstrators apparently… by Ottawa citizens….

The liberal media had a 2hr briefing before the release of the EA report…. No information provided to the defenders of civil liberties…

A hypocritical non transparent biased federally subsidized coverup… there was obviously no reasonable case for the invoking of the EA… which is why the EA report author said that there should be amendments to make it (the EA) easier to apply….

Which by the way was NOT the place or time for the Parliamentary report to express an opinion …to one to be given legally or ethically.

This express opinion was up to the Courts to forward… now those legal cases coming before the Courts are tainted and biased before they get started.

Corruption and intimidation… at the highest levels of Canadian administration of Justice is certainly now an open wound… added to the insults and civil rights breaches apparent to a reasonable person upon common sense reflection…

The Trucker Convey was lead by a group of has-been politicians who couldn't make it in the real world and some ultra right-wing mouth pieces. Not one of them had any leadership qualities and they lost total control of the sheep who followed them once they arrived in Ottawa. It was a shit show after the first weekend in Ottawa.

Everyone of these jokers testified at the EA hearing they didn't know who was in charge of the Trucker Convey as they all had a different agendas and not one of them knew what the other was doing. It was like herding cats for law enforcement when it came to negotiating with the different factions of the Trucker Convey.

The Ottawa citizens behind the class action lawsuit have every right to seek compensation from the ring leaders and those protestors who weren't smart enough to realize their best before date had expired a couple of weeks ago.

Tom, with your past history of lawsuits and court appearances you'd be front and center if your business suffer the same losses as the Ottawa businesses did for three weeks. Your past posts regarding this subject speaks volumes.

As for intimidation Tom, what exactly was yours, John's and Jays (lawyers from JCCF) intentions when you guys hired a P.I. to trail Manitoba Justice Glenn Joyal?

Tom your civil rights claim isn't shared by the Executive Director and General Counsel Noa Mendelsohn Aviv of Canadian Civil Liberties Association.

She "described the of the Trucker Convey in Ottawa as an, unlawful disruptive occupation that went on way to long".

But, Tom you'd be more qualified on civils rights then the Executive Director and General Counsel of the CCLB.

A fact of life is not only did small children die… so did many mothers in child birth before the Second World War especially.

The mortality of humanity is unavoidable…. Injustice is in the opinion of the authority making the judgement… the creator of humanity has the right to judge… not humanity arrogance to believe that they have been short changed by the designer and creator of humanity.

Artificial Intelligence designers and creators will always must have the right and real responsibility to pull the plug on their creations… any engineer designer…. Must have this option to stop …out of control creations.

But your memory is short and you are forgetting key pieces of the story. Probably on purpose.

The flu vaccine is not 100% effective but it is continually used year after year to reduce deaths and illness in vulnerable groups. Vaccines are still effective at reducing severe illness.
