So convicted wife murder Colin Thatcher can come to the throne speech, but a woman wearing a T shirt that says "Abortion is Healthcare" cannot?

The Sask Party what a bunch of hypocrites! Allowing a wife killer into the Legislature is okay (at first) but women making legally allowed choices what to do about their own bodies is forbidden? LOL

Woman told to change ‘abortion is health care’ shirt at Sask. legislature

Megan Johnston says she was told by legislative security on Wednesday to change her shirt when she entered the building because it had the word “abortion” written on it.

Speaking with reporters after rallying for abortion health-care earlier in the afternoon outside the building, Johnston said she was escorted to the washroom to wear it inside out.

Be specific about abortion being healthcare. How is killing a child, healthcare?

I fully support a woman’s right to choose. However, there is more to this story than what is presented here. This person was baiting. I remember years ago when at the parliament being told when in the gallery to not be making political statements as this was against code of conduct. It stemmed from a native girl who brought an eagle feather and displayed it as a sign of solidarity with Elija Harper back in the day. I’d imagine this is what happened at the legislature. Chuck you’ve been around these circles all your life you should be ashamed of yourself for propagating this kind of bullshit.

The good news is even the Sask Party agrees security went to far.

But the "freedumb" fighters who want to tell women what they can do with their own healthcare and reproductive rights will continue to impose their views on everyone at the expense of women who are losing their choices especially south of the border.

Polarizing Polly is pro choice thankfully.
