Looks like Peckford and his team dont care, going to SCC anyway to get a ruling so this never happens again.

If they get a win, that opens up 6M canadians to sue for violation of charter rights.

Just think of how many staff will be freed up, they won’t need to hold people up for hours fudging around with a useless app. One son flew to Halifax this weekend, spent 2 hours each way sitting on the tarmac. Torontonians deserve this abominable treatment but the rest of us?
