    Products of a Positive Protest

As the protest winds down in Ottawa, the list of positive outcomes from a well-conducted, peaceful and organic protest become evident.

The foremost may be the outster of Erin O'Toole, the limp-wristed wannabe who failed as leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

This landmark event got rid of a turncoat who failed the majority of the people he claimed to represent.

The benefit of this is clear - it opens the way for principled leadership to regain the trust of Conservatives and consolidate them under one banner once again. It is to be hoped that the rift created by faux Conservatives is not too great to heal.

Indeed, under the leadership of interim Candice Bergen, polls show that the Conservatives are now poised to form a majority government, should an election be called today.

The next most obvious benefit - and no less important - is the rush by provinces to eliminate unlawful and unscientific mandates from which the protest sprang.

Regardless of any claims to the contrary, the most of the mandate withdrawals were in response to the attention focused on the complete lack of supportability of those stupid, knee-jerk reactions to an exaggerated threat.

Feel free to add what you consider wins that we all benefit from as a result of the truckers convoy.

We learned how dangerous weak and dismissive leadership is dangerous to the people they rule as opposed to lead.

voting in the next election will be 90+ %
that is the biggest win of all
the busy , tired , working people will make time to add their voice
never again will we be held hostage by 18%
and no matter what anyone says , canada unity has really jumped
i also bet the LPC was as sad to see Otoole go as our Sask party is to see Miele go
good opposition is as important as good govt we have had neither

Moe said Miele was principled and nicely said he was no opposition. Another thing this deal showcased the female members of the conservative caucus can put a lot of the men to shame in their own party and the women of the liberal party to boot. Don’t screw with strong willed principled women. I live with two.

I think the biggest thing to come from these protests is that many more people are seeing how TOTALLY CORRUPT the mainstream media is!!
Cell phone cameras and alternative media like True North, Rebel News and many individuals posting/reporting on twitter, tik-tok, facebook, rumble, getter etc are showing many people what is really happening (until facebook or twitter pull/block and ban what goes against the gov/WEF narrative).
EVERYONE needs to take a laptop or large tablet to friends and relatives that only follow the bought off CBC, CTV "legacy/MSM" and SHOW them the video and interviews of what actually went on and is happening now and prove to them that they are being lied to and CONTROLLED!!

The second thing that was proven yesterday and going on again today is that over 50% of police in Canada are criminal thugs that regularly ABUSE their power and as most rural people know will NOT lift a finger to deal with actual crime.
They write tickets and target people that can pay.
The legal/justice system in Canada also condones this and does nothing to deter repeat offenders of theft, assault and criminal activity!! They may get a few months in jail but are never held to account or made to pay restitution for damages, loss or injury!!

Switching leaders right now for cpc was a genius stroke that makes Singh and Trudeau wear this fiasco.

The 18-35 crowd is starting to turn now. Turns out getting vaxxed by force isn’t very progressive at all. And seeing a $2T debt staring at you doesn’t help.

Be an election inside of a year.

            Truckers rewrote the political landscape.

Young people are pissed this cuk spent their future into debt. Finally they are waking up I hope. Even immigrants see the bs for what it is as well. People are waking I hope. I’m a conservative but respect my liberal and ndp friends. The vitriol created by divisive politics is just gross. I’ve even found myself doing that. Not knocking left leaning because right leaning is as bad too but left side burns and hurts more than right it seems. I am really done with the spectrum stuff. Sask party is a good example of a pragmatic centre leaning party which can appeal to everyone. So much to the point there is no opposition because the opposition is still entrenched in ideology and not pragmatism. Therefore, federally you need two parties effectively ideologically on both sides but doing realpolitik.

                Interesting point on the media
Was watching evan on CTV live
He was sure questioning govt lack of response to talk or make an appearance for 3 weeks
                Wasn’t holding too much back
I think the veil has been lifted

We must have been watching the same CTV news. I thought he did go above and beyond the CBC BS rhetoric.

The media and talking heads definitely destroyed themselves trying to keep a false narrative going.

When United we roll came through a couple yrs ago they did the same thing and it worked. This time the truckers knew how to handle that.

What also has been exposed is the city of Ottawa. What a disgusting place. An entire city of govt workers, lobbyists, media and various hacks and grifters that cater to it all.

I have socialist friends too and we disagree on how things should be split up in those country, but not a single one thinks we should not be selling oil and our resources.

Coutts did not receive a positive message. It has destroyed relationships. Nothing good has come from these protests.

I think for me is that now the whole world is watching. Canada has lost its good name vis-a-vis peace keepers and law and order first.

It's clear we now have a police force and judiciary responding to the orders of a politician. This is 3rd world stuff. If you can't trust police, and canadians can no longer trust rcmp or municipal police , this is clear, who can we go to when we need actual help? No one. we are on our own for our own security and livelyhood. What's to stop police judges and politicians now setting up their own protection rackets?

Drug gangs and cartels thrive in 3rd world countries because everyone in authority is on the take in some form or another.

I am afraid the whole world is now looking at canada as a banana republic with crooked leaders and shking their collective head and asking how did that happen? Canada seemed so nice.

This saddens and shocks me to no end. What is really worrisome is the number of people cheering all this on and even trying to make it worse.

It will be a terrible struggle now to get back to some kind of normal. Healing will be a slow difficult process for me. My trust is just about everything is now gone. rule of Law, finances, health and freedoms are in my view irredeemably damaged.

I never thought it would come to this, I thought justin was just stupid, not evil.
